1. VinAI Residency Program 

In this session, our Program Manager – Ms. Nguyen Dang Huong Thuy will present to the audience an overview of VinAI Residency Program and its specific tracks: Research & Engineering Tracks. The audience will have an opportunity to know more about our program’s activities and achievements. Thuy will also address any questions raised by the audience with regards to the VinAI Research Residents: Batch 6 Recruitment.

2. VinAI Residency Activities

The audience will have the chance to join a live sharing session presented by our Research Scientists, Research Residents and AI Engineers with the following details:

• Dr. Binh-Son Hua, currently a Research Scientist at VinAI Research, also affiliated Assistant Professor at VinUniversity, he received a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
• Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, B.E. HUST, AI Engineer at VinAI, who graduated from AI Residency Program: Research Track.
• Nguyen Ba Khai, B.Sc. HUST, one of the batch-1 residents in 2019, continuing Ph.D. studies at University of Texas at Austin, USA.

3. Successful USA Ph.D. Application Story

One of our Excellent research residents, Nguyen Duc Tung, B.Sc. HUST, joining Ph.D. studies at University of California, Los Angeles, USA – will be sharing with the audience his stories in finding himself in the world of research, how he has planned for achieving a Ph.D. scholarship and how he has successfully fulfilled his dream.
