Job Description

VinAI is seeking a talented and dynamic Content and Communication Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of VinAI, creating compelling content, and effectively communicating our achievements, innovations, and mission to a diverse audience.

What you’ll do

Content Creation:
● Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral.
● Create compelling narratives that effectively communicate VinAI's vision, values, and achievements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Communication Strategy:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with VinAI's goals and objectives.
● Craft press releases, articles, and other materials to promote VinAI's initiatives, events, and partnerships.
● Maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across all communication channels.
Social Media Management:
● Manage VinAI's social media presence, creating engaging posts and fostering community interaction.
● Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Event Coordination:
● Assist in planning and coordinating events, including conferences, webinars, and product launches.
● Develop content for presentations, speeches, and promotional materials for events.
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, research, and leadership, to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice.
● Work closely with external partners, influencers, and media outlets to expand VinAI's reach and visibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience (at least 4 years) in content creation, communication strategy, and social media management in technology companies or start-ups.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with an ability to craft clear and compelling messages in English and Vietnamese.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with AI and technology industries is a plus.
Report to Marketing Head.
Office location: Hanoi

What you’ll need

Excellent communications and campaign management skills.
Have knowledge/experience in integrated campaign planning and execution.
Have experience and knowledge in online, social & digital marketing and communication.
Graphic design and video edit skill is a plus.
Able to work under high pressure, independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a tight deadlines.
Enjoying new challenges and innovative technologies.
Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills.
Studying or working abroad in the communication field is a plus.
