As a Software Leader you will develop software for embedded Android Linux systems. You will work on exciting new projects with cutting edge technology for a highly successful, profitable company. We expect you to be self- driven, able to challenge yourself and gain the experience you need in order to solve the tasks at hand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Grow and lead a team.
Team strategy definition and implementation.
Offer support, training and guidance for the team.
Technical evaluation, definition and planning of architectural changes.
Be able to optimize product boot-up time and performance on Android embedded systems.
Debug and develop software in C / C++ for Android Linux based embedded systems.
Participate in every stage of the software development from design and brainstorming through feature implementation.
Communicate with other development teams and, when needed.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor/ Master Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar.
Relevant experience from software development in a Linux Android based embedded system.
Excellent skills in C & C++ and for full stack development.
Excellent skills in Kotlin / Java and for Android application development.
Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO-26262) and SOTIF from System level to SW architecture level.
Knowledge of development processes (e.g ASPICE, version management, change management, reviews).
Previous experience from working with rest APIs is a plus.
Previous experience working with u-boot, device tree configurations, clock tree configurations, Linux drivers, boot optimizations in Linux and android is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of object-oriented development and design.
Working in a set-up with international teams, distributed all over the world.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must).
