Job Description
Role Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a pivotal role at VinAI, providing comprehensive organizational, execution, and value creation support directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally well-organized, possess native-level fluency in English, and demonstrate a smart, business-oriented mindset. This role demands a candidate who is articulate, self-driven, and capable of operating at the highest level of business efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive to-do lists, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and review reports as assigned by the CEO, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and editing of slides, presentations, documents, speeches, and other materials as required by the CEO.
  • Take ownership of special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Facilitate communication between various departments and the CEO while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or other business-related field (An MBA or equivalent is preferred). If the degree granted by an institution in Vietnam, English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or higher is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience, preferably in a technology business/start-up or management consulting.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to organize, break-down and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A strong business mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both in team and independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and self-motivation with a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Additional skills in public speaking, presentation, and basic design are advantageous.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with the technology/AI industry is preferred.
