As an AI Residency Program Specialist at VinAI Research, you play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the AI Residency Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, university relations, training, and marketing, with a proven track record of attracting top talent and administering talent development programs or equivalent.

University Recruitment & Relations:

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process for AI residents and research interns, aiming to bring top homegrown talent into the program.
• Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with leading universities and key partners to ensure a robust pipeline of top-notch candidates.

Training & Operations Coordination:

• Lead the development and execution of training programs for AI research scientists, fostering collaboration across departments to optimize operations.
• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate and oversee the Applied Rotation Program (ARP), working closely with the Applied team and senior engineers to ensure smooth transitions and project assignments for the residents.
• Manage and engage with the Alumni Association, organizing regular events to develop the network.
• Organize program-specific events.

Marketing & Communication:

• Develop, design, and execute marketing materials and campaigns to enhance the visibility of the AI Residency Program, attracting top candidates and building program awareness.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to strategize recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across multiple channels.
• Be a point of contact in all matters concerning the AI Residency Program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• A strong network within top Vietnamese universities and research institutions is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing talent programs or similar roles.
• Strong background in university recruitment, training, and operations management.
• Proficient in marketing and communications, with experience in designing marketing materials and managing social media campaigns.
• Excellent leadership abilities and a track record of successful project and team management.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
